All orders are shipped within 2 business day from our warehouse in Newcastle, NSW.

We are trying to be as environmentally friendly as possible, so your orders are sent with the environment in mind! Your order will arrive wrapped in biodegradable tissue paper and without swing tags. You can see our full environmental impact here.

United States and Canada

·       Standard delivery to US and Canada for $27

United Kingdom and Europe

·       Standard delivery to United Kingdom and Europe for $32

        PARCELS RETURNED TO US

It is your responsibility to ensure the address is correct at check-out. Should your parcel be returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for all charges to resend and/ or retrieve your order. Please know, orders will not be resent until payment has been made. As per our Return Policy, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind reasons.

        ORDER DELAYS

Once an order has been dispatched, any delays are beyond our control. However, if your order is taking longer than the usual delivery time-frames, we are happy to investigate on your behalf, please send us an email to hello@adorebys.com

Please know, any order delays which are caused by the delivery service are out of our control. If your order was sent within our normal handling times, additional postage will not be refunded. 

​

Orders will not be resent until deemed as lost by Australia Post. Any orders deemed lost by Australia Post will be resent, not refunded.

        CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed and sent. Please know there is a 25% restocking fee of the total order (including postage) for cancelled orders.
