SUSTAINABILITY

We take sustainability seriously. All of our staff members internally and externally are paid above minimum wage for their work. We allow flexibility for working hours. We choose to send our parcels via carbon-neutral parcel delivery with Australia Post. We also give back multiple times a year to women's and environmental causes.

We have spoken in-depth with our manufacturers to ensure they are upholding social responsibility within their businesses. A few key points we would like to acknowledge are that our manufacturers:

  • do not use child labour under any circumstances

  • offer safe working environments

  • have women and men in leadership roles

  • offer reasonable working hours for their employees

  • pays fair wages with bonuses for hitting sales goals

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

As a business, we know that the environment matters and we are trying our hardest to be as enviro-friendly as possible.

Here are a few ways we are trying to help:

  • Offering enviro-friendly packaging/ postage when possible. Full details listed below.

  • Not using swing tags on the garments

  • Donating cardboard to local daycare centres to be used as art supplies and recycling all other cardboard and paper

  • Recycling all soft plastics that cross our path via REDcycle

  • Sending invoices via email and not including them within your order

  • Selling garments with minor faults in our Factory Seconds Collection for a minimal cost, rather than sending them to landfill

ENVIRO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING

We are trying to be as environmentally friendly as possible and all of our orders are sent with the environment in mind!

Your orders will now arrive wrapped in biodegradable tissue paper without swing tags and when possible, sent in recyclable cardboard boxes or satchels.

Whilst we try to send as many orders as possible in biodegradable and recyclable packaging, we do also need to ensure your order arrives to you safely. This means any orders sent with Express or International shipping, orders with multiple items or larger garments such as loungewear or swimwear will be sent in plastic satchels.

All plastic satchels can be recycled for free via REDcycle at your local supermarket.
