MY ORDER IS FAULTY, WHAT DO I DO?
We're so sorry! We try our hardest to inspect all items before they are sent to avoid any faulty items being sent however if we have missed something, please take a look here on what to do next. Please know, your item may come with a few loose threads which have not been cut properly in the manufacturing process. Any loose threads are not considered a fault as they are simply additional threads. Any loose threads can be removed and cut off safely with a pair of sharp scissors.
DO YOU OFFER A BUY NOW, PAY LATER OPTION?
We currently offer Laybuy and Afterpay. To use either of these options, please proceed through check-out as normal and select them as your payment method.
WHEN WILL A STYLE BE RESTOCKED IN MY SIZE?
We aim to have all items restocked within 4 weeks. If you would like notification when restocked, please click the 'notify me' button on the item you're wishing to know about and fill in your details to receive an email notification.
DO YOUR ROBES, GOWNS, CHEMISES OR BABYDOLLS COME WITH MATCHING UNDERWEAR?
Unless otherwise stated in the item's description, no they do not. However, we do have a collection of underwear and g-strings available that will match for less than $10!
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are currently only an online boutique, without having a physical storefront, we have lower overheads so this is how we can offer such beautiful and high-quality garments for such affordable prices. Our office and warehouse is based in Newcastle, NSW.
WHERE CAN I TRY ON YOUR LINGERIE?
As we are an online-only lingerie boutique, we do not have anywhere for you to try on before purchasing, however, we do have extremely accurate size charts available on each item and we are more than happy to assist with any sizing queries you may have. You are also more than welcome to return your order for an exchange if the item doesn't fit. Please see our full Return Policy here.

HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY LINGERIE?
We recommend you hand-wash each item in warm soapy water and line dry. Avoid tumble drying, ironing and washing machines. We also recommend you to wash your garments prior to wearing them.
