Practising self-love doesn't need to be a big, fancy or expensive exercise. We wanted to share our favourite few ways with you!

Have a daily gratitude practise
This is one of the easiest and most simple to practise self-love every day! Simply take note of three things you're grateful for every single day. When you're showing gratitude daily, you'll be boosting your self-esteem
Set and uphold boundaries
Set boundaries with friends, family, partners and even your boss! When you hold clear boundaries with the people around you, you are honouring what you will and will not accept in life, which in return, boosts your connection to yourself.
Compliment yourself
Instead of looking for things to be negative about, look for the positives! Maybe you have beautiful long eyelashes that you never pay attention too, or maybe you love how caring you are for friends. Whatever it is, take a few moments to focus on the things you do love about yourself.
Practise mindfulness
Spend time being in the present moment. This helps you be more self-aware and again, connects you to yourself again. This can be done with exercises such as meditation but it can also be done by simply embracing the quiet. Spend time looking into mindfulness and determine what works for you!
